Unfortunately, we do not offer a Delivery Service at Ace Welding & Powder Coating Services LTD. Collection will be required from our factory or you will have to arrange a courier service yourself for the collection of any good purchased.

Refunds:
We will accept the return of goods subject to the following:
All goods must be returned by the customer at their expense to the original place of shipping, this may be to the manufacturers address or to Ace Welding’s premises. Any goods purchased via Ace Welding & Powder Coating Services LTD from the manufacturer direct may only be returned at the manufacturer’s discretion.
No refund will be given on goods that are returned which are not in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition.
A restocking charge will apply to all returned goods and this will vary dependent on the type of goods that are being returned and we would request that you contact our offices on 07725564471 for further clarification.
If goods are being supplied as ‘special order’ or ‘bespoke’ these goods may not be returned for a refund. ‘Special order’ and ‘bespoke’ goods available on this website are currently all coloured powder coated products and all products which have been made to a requested (not normally available) size or shape.
